Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with leads, identifying business needs, proposing suitable Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace plans, and driving conversions. This is a quota-carrying role focused on new customer acquisition and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements, qualify opportunities, and recommend appropriate plans (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
Product Demonstration: Provide remote walkthroughs and address client queries about features, pricing, and benefits.
Proposal Closing: Share pricing, generate quotes, and close sales through effective communication and objection handling.
Renewals Upsell: Proactively manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and drive customer retention.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Skills:
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in B2B inside sales, preferably in IT products or SaaS.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (training can be provided).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a remote environment.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and collaboration platforms.
Self-Driven: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, in a performance-driven role.
Nice to Have:
Experience in IT reselling or working with a CSP/Google Partner.
Certification in Microsoft/Google cloud products.
Knowledge of licensing models, data migration, and onboarding.
