Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential Service Providers and Merchants seeking financial solutions for their clients. You’ll play a crucial role in understanding their needs, presenting various program options, and often times conduct virtual or in person presentations to highlight our programs. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service, work with the Sales team to meet monthly sales targets, and build long-term relationships with our Service Providers.


Key Responsibilities:

Service Provider/Merchant Engagement: Connect with prospective and existing Service Providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to understand their financial needs, present relevant financing solutions and increase sales.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial programs and services.
Sales Report Analysis: Frequent reviewing of our sales reports and tracking which accounts have experienced in increase and decrease in sales. You will be sharing your analysis results to the Sales Director and Sales teams.
Sales and Conversion: Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets through effective needs-based selling.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting and compliance teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from application through approval.
Service Provider/Merchant Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure they are utilizing the service and answering any additional questions, reinforcing a positive customer experience.
Occasional travel/Out of Office travel: You will be working with the Sales team and will need to assist them with visiting our Service Providers, conducting virtual and in person trainings and occasionally attending tradeshows, events and conferences.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in financial services or consumer finance.
Strong understanding of consumer finance products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (French is a plus).
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry.
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field is preferred.
