About This Role
We are seeking a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves lead generation, client outreach, appointment scheduling, and close coordination with the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and follow-ups using various channels such as phone, email, and others.
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients to schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
Sales Support: Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information, support sales campaigns, and track outreach performance.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Style: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the cybersecurity or IT services industry is an added advantage.
Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
