About the role:
As a key member and being a Sales Development Representative (SDR) of Siemba, you will closely align work with the Company’s field sales team for generating and qualifying leads, as well as setting up initial sales appointments or demonstrations. Your primary focus is on outbound prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify those who have a genuine interest in a company's products and/or services.Key responsibilities include:Outbound Prospecting:
As an SDR, leveraging leading sales tools you will actively research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, social media outreach.Initial Outreach:
You will reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services and create the initial interest.Company Positioning:
You will provide relevant and appropriate information about the company, its value proposition, and how its offerings can address the potential lead's pain points or needs.Lead Qualification:
You will engage with potential leads to assess their needs, interests, and whether they fit the company's target and ideal customer profile (ICPs). Your aim will be to determine whether a lead is a good fit and has the potential to become an opportunity that can convert to qualified conversations.Setting Appointments:
You will set up appointments, whether they be sales calls, product demonstrations, or meetings, between qualified leads and the sales team.CRM Management:
You should use Siemba’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, record interactions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information.Collaboration with Sales Team:
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement and closing deals.Feedback Loop:
You will often provide valuable insights to the sales and product teams based on their interactions with leads. This feedback helps improve lead targeting and overall messaging.
