Apex Dental Laboratory Group is growing and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences—all from within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and virtual outreach
Build and manage relationships with current and prospective dental practices
Conduct virtual presentations, webinars, and product consultations
Act as a trusted partner to customers—supporting their success and strengthening retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case execution and service excellence
Resolve customer concerns quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM systems
What Success Looks Like
40–60 outbound calls daily with consistent follow-up
Strong lead conversion into active, revenue-generating accounts
Organized pipeline management with real-time CRM updates
Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales and growth targets
What You Bring
Inside sales or telesales experience (dental or healthcare preferred)
Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based selling
Ability to present effectively in virtual environments (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Highly organized with strong time management in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable discussing technical products and services
High integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset
Tools You’ll Use
CRM systems (HubSpot, Evident preferred)
Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
Microsoft Office and dental lab software systems
