Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (B2C)
Location: Onsite
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage client interactions and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling leads, understanding client needs, and closing sales over calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups
Connect with potential clients and explain services
Convert leads into customers through effective communication
Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in inside sales or B2C sales
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
Ability to handle Indian and international clients
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable with sales targets and pressure
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
