About the Role
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, converting leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Promote hotel stay packages, corporate bookings, and group reservations.
Build relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Maintain lead and booking records in Excel or CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Support, Travel, Hospitality, or Hotel Sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
