Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing sales processes, and building and maintaining relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales skills and the ability to close deals
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
