The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a technical bent of mind and a passion for customer interaction and solution selling. *Key Responsibilities: * * Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, and CRM. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products (e.g., membranes, pumps, resins). * Generate quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical and pricing teams. * Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales. * Keep CRM updated with customer interactions, quotations, and order progress. * Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. * Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels. * Continuously learn about Adwyns evolving product range to enhance consultative selling skills. *Requirements: * *Education: * Graduate in any discipline with strong technical aptitude. *Experience: * 13 years in inside sales or technical sales preferred (B2B or industrial preferred). Freshers with strong communication and product learning ability can apply. *Skills: * * Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Comfortable using CRM tools and email for client follow-ups. * Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and product features. * Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented. *What We Off
