Inside Sales- Business Development (Night Shift-Staffing)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our inside sales team. This role is the engine of our revenue pipeline — you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients in the US/global market, with a focus on IT staffing and workforce solutions. You will work closely with senior account managers and leadership to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Research and identify potential clients (hiring managers, procurement leads, HR directors, C-suite contacts) through LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and industry databases.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads across target verticals (government, healthcare, financial services, technology, utilities).
• Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
Client Engagement & Qualification
• Initiate and manage first-touch conversations with prospects to understand their staffing and talent acquisition needs.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline – BANT).
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales representatives and account managers.
• Setup meetings between newly identified and qualified client leads and the Agile Global Solutions senior management.
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Accurately log all activities, interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Maintain up-to-date records of prospect profiles, communication history, and follow-up schedules.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports and performance metrics to the sales leadership team.
Market Research & Intelligence
• Monitor job postings, RFP portals, and market signals to identify new business opportunities.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to refine outreach messaging and positioning.
