Job Opening: Inside Sales Associate

Key Details:

Location: Permanent WFH
Shift: US Shift (6 days working, 1 weekday off)
Experience: 1 Year in EdTech ( Selling Technical Certification Courses Only )
The Role: We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Associate to accelerate our sales efforts. Your core focus will be identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and qualifying leads to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales: Conduct calls from provided lists to engage and qualify potential customers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date communication logs in our CRM.
Team Collaboration: Pass highly detailed, qualified leads to senior sales executives for seamless handoffs.
Market Mastery: Follow up with prospects and stay current on product offerings and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a professional phone demeanor.
Mindset: Self-motivated, highly resilient, and target-driven.
Skills: Strong problem-solver who can think on their feet and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (or a quick learner).
(Note: While 1 year of EdTech Selling Technical Certification Courses experience is Mandatory, this is a great role for positive, adaptable individuals eager to grow their sales careers!)

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
