Job Description
Valuemed is looking for a driven, personable Inside Dental Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton. This is a phone-first, quota-driven role focused on reactivating dormant accounts, growing existing customer relationships, and developing new business.

What You'll Do
Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers.
Work through our existing contact list and reactivate dormant accounts.
Research and identify new customer prospects online to build a healthy pipeline.
Build relationships with customers to grow account revenue over time.
Track calls, leads, and account activity accurately in our CRM.
Represent Valuemed at trade shows and conferences, which may require occasional out of town travel.
Collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly and quarterly growth targets.
What We're Looking For
Comfortable and confident on the phone; not afraid of cold calling or rejection.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable researching companies and contacts online to build lead lists.
Experience in medical, healthcare, or B2B sales is an asset but not required.
Willing and able to travel occasionally for trade shows/conferences.
Reliable, coachable, and target-driven.
Schedule & Location
Based out of our Edmonton office — this is an in-office role.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
Occasional travel required for trade shows and conferences.
Compensation
Base hourly pay
Monthly performance bonus

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
