Job Summary
Furation Tech Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience hiring for fast-paced organizations.
You will be responsible for identifying top talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and manage interview schedules.
• Maintain and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary and close offers effectively.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build employer branding initiatives and improve candidate engagement.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ - 8 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience hiring for IT roles (developers, QA, cloud, support, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment reporting and MIS.
Preferred
• Experience in staffing/consulting or IT services environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice period preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
