Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist, located in Gandhinagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's IT infrastructure, including overseeing network operations, ensuring network and system security, and conducting routine troubleshooting. The role also requires providing technical support to ensure seamless operational performance and addressing IT-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security practices
• Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting IT-related issues
• Solid understanding of Information Technology systems and infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
