Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage and maintain our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with system troubleshooting, network security, and IT compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (systems, networks, devices)
• Handle onboarding and offboarding (laptops, accounts, access control)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Manage user access, permissions, and security policies
• Ensure regular system updates, backups, and patch management
• Support internal teams with day-to-day IT issues Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and logs
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT compliance and security standards
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of firewall management and network security.
• Understanding of IT compliance and security best practices.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
