Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Influencer Specialist to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to strategize, execute, and manage paid
influencer campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of influencer marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and
the ability to foster strong relationships with influencers.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align
with brand and client objectives.
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms based on
campaign goals and target demographics.
● Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation to ensure
successful partnerships.
● Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content, and
creative to develop impactful campaign briefs.
● Manage all aspects of campaign execution — from outreach and
briefing to content approval and final reporting.
● Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and
optimize ongoing campaigns to maximize ROI.
● Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and
consistently explore new partnership opportunities.
● Stay current with emerging social platforms, influencer trends, and best
practices in digital marketing.
● Compile detailed campaign reports and insights for internal teams and
clients.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
● Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a paid
campaign management capacity.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience demographics,
and content trends
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and
maintain relationships.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
● Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
