Job Description
Position: Operations & Execution Specialist
Location:
• Work from Office
• Office Address: Unit 30+, 308, Third Floor, Vardhman Sunrise Plaza Commercial Complex, Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi - 1100+6
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10 am till 7 pm
Salary - 15000/- to 30000/-
Key Responsibilities:
Communication:
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Natural speaker who enjoys conversations.
• Engage in extensive talking, follow-ups, emails, and client interactions.
• Operational Duties:
• Manage to and fro calling, follow-ups with clients, and back and forth with influencers.
• Handle a high volume of calls, texts, and emails daily.
• Keep project sheets up to date, ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
• Update brands on campaign progress on a weekly or daily basis as required.
• Serve as the sole point of contact for brands from the agency.
• Manage all work in the designated sheets on a day-to-day basis.
Client and Influencer Management:
• Converse effectively with both influencers and clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction as clients fund the campaigns.
• Work closely with both influencers and clients to meet deliverables.
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOW).
• Execute campaigns on time and strive to secure more campaigns from brands.
• Aim to increase retainer agreements with brands through excellent service.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to gauge performance.
• Provide regular operational reports to management.
• Use data to inform strategies and improve performance.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 0-2 years of operations and execution experience .
Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. No exceptions.
• Ability to understand and navigate the influencer marketing business.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to manage both clients and influencers effectively.
• Additional Requirements:
• Must have your own system (laptop/desktop).
• SIM cards will be issued by the office for business communication.
• Remote workers must have Time Doctor installed on their systems.
Notes:
• This role requires a lot of grit and perseverance.
• There are no ifs and buts; the work has to be done.
• Clients must be entertained at any cost because they fund the campaigns.
• This is a two-sided role, managing both clients and influencers to ensure campaign success.
