Job Description: Influencer Marketing Associate
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6months –1 Years
Remuneration (CTC): ₹3.0LPA – ₹3.6LPA
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Rockstar to join our team and supercharge our clients' online presence. You will be the bridge between our brand partners and the creator community, building relationships, co-creating awesome content, and managing campaigns that move the needle.
What You’ll Do:
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Execute and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to completion.
• Outreach & Negotiation: Identify, scout, and reach out to influencers across various niches. Negotiate commercials and terms to ensure maximum ROI for our clients.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to brief them on brand requirements and help create engaging, high-performing content.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and grow TWE’s network of exclusive and non-exclusive influencers.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign metrics, track results, and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
What We’re Looking For:
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for building rapport with creators and clients.
• Negotiation Prowess: You should have the "hunger to hunt" and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the digital marketing landscape.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: A collaborative spirit, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in influencer outreach or social media marketing is a major plus.
Important Requirements:
• BYOD Policy: We operate on a Bring Your Own Device system. You are required to bring your own laptop and mobile phone in good working condition.
• Location: This is an in-office role based in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
