Role Description The Influencer Marketing and Talent Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, and other talent aligned with client and agency objectives.
Day-to-day tasks include scouting relevant talent, negotiating contracts, coordinating campaign deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication between influencers, internal teams, and clients. The role involves developing influencer strategies, tracking performance metrics, managing timelines, and resolving operational issues to deliver effective campaigns.

Marketing and Talent Manager will collaborate closely with the creative, social media, and production teams to integrate influencer content into overall brand and content plans.
Qualifications
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnerships within advertising, media, or digital content environments.
• Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to work effectively with diverse creators and clients.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and basic campaign analytics to evaluate talent performance and ROI.
• Organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple campaigns, timelines, contracts, and deliverables.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating closely with creative, production, and account management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience in a creative agency or production house is an advantage.
