Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct surveillance, analysis, and reporting of Hospital Acquired infections.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Infection Control policies and procedures.
• Educate employees on infection control practices through training programs.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards related to infection control.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement in infection prevention.
• Train doctors, nurses, housekeeping and support staff on infection prevention practices.
• Guide and monitor isolation procedures for infectious patients.
• Supervise cleanliness, fumigation and disinfection of patient care areas.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• 2-4 years of experience as an ICN or similar role.
• B.Sc / GNM degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of Infection Control principles, NABH guidelines, and nursing education practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
