For more information, visit, www.lowes.co.in.About The TeamThe Lowe’s Account Payable team works closely with various Marketing functions and communicates with external vendors as needed to maintain operational tasks within the assigned functional area (Marketing Technology, Data Operations, and/or Marketing Finance). Also, the team supports Marketing by ensuring accurate execution of marketing operational processes, invoicing, billing, maintaining related reports and documentation, and providing marketing system administrative oversight.Job SummaryThe Accounts Payable Specialist reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments. Prepares and processes payments accurately and on time for amounts owed by the company. Being an Accounts Payable Specialist identifies and resolves any discrepancies to an account. Reconciles bills and balances accounts. In addition, Accounts Payable Specialist tracks all payment and transaction records using applicable systems. May maintain vendor files. Being an Accounts Payable Specialist possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
