Are you an experienced practitioner who could provide learning support to students presenting with learning difficulties, disabilities, poor health, or a challenging background?

You may have experience working with young people in an educational, caring or youth

You may have particular expertise in supporting literacy and numeracy or working with young people who need extra help to develop basic skills…

We are on a drive to ensure excellence in support practices and to offer more specialist roles to meet the needs and aspirations of our growing numbers of learners with SEND and neurodiverse profiles.This post could well be an opportunity to try out a new career or share some well-honed transferable skills to help inspire local young people. You would be joining the college at a time of exciting change!

This post is fixed term until June 2027.

We are on a drive to ensure excellence in support practices and to offer more specialist roles to meet the needs and aspirations of our growing numbers of learners within Apprenticeships and Adult Skills, including those with SEND and neurodiverse profiles.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support adult learners and apprentices in achieving their qualifications, overcoming barriers to learning, and developing essential employability skills. You’ll be joining the College at a time of positive change, with opportunities to contribute to shaping and enhancing our Inclusive Learning provision.
