Coordination with Operations and Delivery PartnersManage large amounts of incoming callsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsAnalyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customerinteractions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersCriteria:
• Minimum Qualification : 12th/10th + Diploma(3 Years)/10th + ITI
• Work Experience : 0 to 5 Years
• Selection Criteria : HR Round -> Operations Round
• Preferred Candidates :
1. Good communication
2. Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, with any local language.
3. Flexible to work for 6 Days with 1 rotational off4. Need fluent English
Salary : 12k -14k salary package
