In-House Lawyer For Commercial And Product Matters

**Job Description**
In this role, you will represent Legal in commercial transactions and product counseling. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive Everlaw's business objectives while mitigating legal risks.

**Responsibilities**
Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, customers, and vendors.
Collaborate with commercial, RD, and Legal Teams to identify and manage legal issues and risks.
Develop scalable ways to deliver legal services and drive business results.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on complex commercial transactions.
Strong issue-spotting skills and proven ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and independently.
Fluent communication skills and ability to translate legal advice into actionable guidance for business teams.
