Duties  Responsibilities
• Indoor legal function support service - coordination with office boys, accounts, other teams
• Outdoor Legal function - notary, execution, bank, registration of documents at registration office. Travel to location of operations for the same.
• Obtain and coordinate party signatures on agreements and be responsible for the same.
• Maintain hard copy filing system and regular maintenance
• Digital filing and record keeping
• Be responsible to the team for movement of documents between teams and client addresses
• Preparing files of documents for handover along with indexing of documents
Skills Required
Basic typing skills and Microsoft word
Educational Qualifications
BCOM or equivalent
Prior work experience
Prior experience of 2 years in clerical/admin role handling legal documents and related processes
