Role - Implementation Lead - Checkpoint firewall
Location - Khar road (Mumbai)
Experience - Minimum 8 Years

Job Description:
Lead the planning, design, and end-to-end implementation of Cisco SASE and Check Point firewall solutions.
·Collaborate with security architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
·Configure and deploy Cisco Secure Firewall (ASA, FTD, FMC), Cisco Umbrella, Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), and Check Point firewalls (R80.x+).
·Implement SASE components including cloud-based SWG, ZTNA, DNS-layer security, and secure web gateways via Cisco Umbrella and related technologies.
·Perform firewall rule migration, policy design, VPN setup (site-to-site, remote access), NAT configuration, and HA setup.
·Define and enforce secure network segmentation and zero-trust access policies.
·Integrate Check Point firewalls with management tools like SmartConsole, SmartDashboard, and SmartEvent.
·Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance requirements are met throughout the implementation.
·Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely escalation to vendors if required.
·Develop and deliver detailed implementation documentation, network diagrams, and handover kits.
·Train internal stakeholders and operations teams post-deployment.
·Proven expertise in oCisco SASE ecosystem: Umbrella, Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Cloud Security, Secure Firewall (ASA, FTD/FMC), AnyConnect oCheck Point Firewall: R80.x+, security policy design, HA/ClusterXL, VPN, IPS/Threat Prevention
·Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and security protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPsec, NAT, SSL/TLS).
·Experience working in hybrid/cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.
·Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead implementation projects from scratch.
·Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust Architecture).
