Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Working Day: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday is off)
Working Time: +:30 am to 6:30 pm

Degree/ B com
Good communication Skill
Should ready to travel all over India Domain :- Banking industry
Ability to Learn
Good Analytical Skills
Strong knowledge in accounts (Freshers)
Job profile:
Understanding of the integration with various Banking modules.
Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at Customer place.
Plan & conduct training to end users.
Understand the issues faced by end users on day to day basis and provide solution.
Providing Support to clients & handling there queries.
Proactive & customer centric approach while handling customer issues.
Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by
Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients
Working closely with the development teams to design new products as per client requirements and manage all communication with the
Department to resolve all issue
