Job Description:
Lead or support the implementation of Veeva Align, including configuration, data model design, and integration with Veeva CRM and other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fit-gap analysis and define business functionalities related to sales interactions, territory alignments, sampling, and post-call follow-ups. Collaborate with client stakeholders and Veeva teams to ensure alignment on solution design, compliance, and governance standards. Provide guidance on integration architecture, including inbound/outbound connectors and third-party system interfaces. Support change management, training, and UAT activities as part of deployment readiness. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Veeva Align solutions post-implementation. PST time zone is preferred

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of experience of CRM consulting experience, with at least 2 years in Veeva Align and Veeva CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and regulatory compliance.
Experience with data migration, integration architecture, and system validation processes.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross functional teams.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills. PST time zone is preferred
