• Incoming vendor queries
• Outgoing queries (discrepancy resolutions)
• Vendor master set up
• AP closing and reconciliations
• AP process management
• Vendor statement reconciliation
• Return to Vendor
• Meeting SLA
• Preparation of Dashboard Reports
• Handling Client Calls / Escalation process
Requirements
Should have good excel Knowledge
Tally Knowledge is must
