Outbound voice-based calling to potential and existing customers.
Present and promote banking products like Credit Cards
Understand customer requirements, handle queries, and pitch the right product accordingly.
Maintain productivity and sales conversion metrics as per targets.
Educational & Skill Requirements:
Minimum Education: HSC (12th pass)
Preferred: Graduates from any stream (Freshers Welcome)
Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential
Assessment: Must clear Versant Level 3 or 4
Basic Computer Knowledge: MS Office, CRM navigation, call logs
Shift & Work Schedule:
Shift: Fixed Day Shift 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
