• Assist in the continuous development and training of nursing staff.

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations and injuries.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs to maintain standards.
• Identify and address work-related risks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document all injuries, illnesses, and incidents in accordance with regulations.
Requirements:
• Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing board registration.
• Proven experience in nursing, preferably in ICU or OT settings.
