HCM Program Delivery Manager Job for a multi-year HCM Program with a key government agency
Your new company
This major government agency has a multi-year HCM technology-enabled transformation program looking to simplify, streamline and transform key people management services across the department.
Your new role
Having successfully delivered release 1, they are looking for a highly experienced HCM Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of release 2 to over 100,000 users.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Successfully delivered multiple end to end complex programs within HCM/ Human Capital Management is essential.
Proven experience leading a large scale release impacting similar numbers of stakeholders to 100,000 users.
Experience in leading the delivery of HCM technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable).
What you'll get in return
On offer is a contract through to the end of October 2026 with a high chance of extending. You must be able to attend the office minimum 2 days a week in Parramatta and Everleigh
