Job Description:
As a Partner - First Private at the Retail Liabilities department of IDFC FIRST Bank, your primary role is to acquire High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) clients while establishing strong relationships with the bank. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Investment, Insurance, and other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships, catering to their banking needs with wealth solutions offered by IDFC FIRST Bank.
- Provide a seamless banking experience, focusing on both product offerings and interpersonal interactions.
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction scores in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Acquire customers through various channels such as natural market, open market activities, internal references, and digital networks.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate a high orientation towards relationship management, establishing effective connections.
- Maintain a strong focus on service delivery and execution to achieve desired outcomes.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Develop the team by providing necessary support and guidance.
- Ensure adequate staffing within the team.
- Drive target achievement among team members.
Qualification Required:
- Graduation in fields like Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
- Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM.
- Possess 10-18 years of relevant experience in the industry.,
