Events Sales Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Events Sales department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Events projects, covering catering sales as well as convention services functions of the hotel.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote the hotel's events capabilities.
• Manage and coordinate event operations, including logistics, planning, and execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
• University degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager- Events Sales.
• Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
