About the Role
• Provide exceptional service to guests by ensuring their rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobby, corridors, and recreational spaces.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
