Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist at GrowAITech in Salem, with flexibility for remote work. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Personnel management experience
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources(BBA or MBA), Business Administration, or related field
