This position is open for Human Resource Specialists based in Mumbai. An experience of working with a Public Relations agency would be an added advantage.

Headquartered in Mumbai, the company has presence in Singapore, Bangalore, Delhi & Pune. In the last nine years, the company has successfully delivered projects for over 100 clients and achieved a turnover of close to a million USD.
The company has a completely self-owned infrastructure in Mumbai. The team of 50 + professionals cater to a wide wide range of clients across sectors such as BFSI, Fintech, Advocacy, Lifestyle, Education, Manufacturing, and the emerging Startup ecosystem.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist at Prose Integrated in Mumbai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires, administering HR policies and programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Indian regulations, and HR practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft PPT
• Experience in the PR, advertising, or digital media industry is a plus
Relevant Information
- We work 5 days a week from +:30 to 6:30 (and alternate Saturday)
- Our office is located in Andheri East near to T2 Aiport Road
