Job Description
• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Replying to applicant`s emails, screening replies, and scheduling interviews by senior HR staff
• Post job ads on general career websites, university, and college career websites, and internship websites
• Merging with team members, communicating with different people, handling clients, Regular checking on employees builds your knowledge, skills, leadership abilities and makes you understand your role in future jobs.
• Preparing a database for our candidate pool.
• Cultivate a superior candidate experience that is reflective of our culture that is unique to the marketplace
• Building customer relationships and acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders on recruitment.
• Work towards effective utilization of recruiting coordinators against planning and execution of volume hiring
• Implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes.

• You must have at least 6 months of recruitment experience
• You must have completed at least a degree or a diploma.
• Have strong communication skill
• You are a keen learner and willing to commit.
• You must be dedicated to your work
• Must possess hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office
