Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at AD Square Projects India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy implementation.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure
