Recruiting Manager / Sr. Manager HR (HRBP) in Pune

Experience: 4+ years in core HR

Experience in the same industry preferred (Audit Firms and Consulting Companies

Job Description:

· Employee Life Cycle Management and creation of JDs for all positions

· End-to-end recruitment process, starting from sourcing/screening/shortlisting/interviewing/negotiations/ and onboarding of the right profile candidates

· Planning and celebrating employee engagement and Reward n Recognition programs and managing for the group

· Handling Employee Exit Process and accurate on-time Full and Final settlements

· Provide Admin and logistic support to the management for smooth functioning of the group activities

· Leave & attendance management, Professional tax, Advance, Loan, PF, and ESI coordination with the vendor for various statutory issues

· Handle employee queries, address grievances and implement HR initiatives

· Prior experience of HRMS software implementation would be an added advantage
