Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, with a strong focus on hiring and managing technical talent. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical recruitment, HR strategy, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary offers and manage the complete hiring process.
HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding.
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance improvement plans.
Drive employee development and succession planning.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage HRMS, attendance, leave, and employee data.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
