We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to process deposits, withdrawals, payments and more—delivering trusted, innovative customer experiences with every transaction. At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:
Provide friendly face to face service to help customers with their banking needs
Have a natural attention to detail with proven numerical, administration and technical skills
Support customers with transactions, account queries and digital banking guidance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Hours are Monday, Wednesday (9am - 3pm) & Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9.30am - 3pm) Total 26 hours per week
