Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a people-focused leader who understands hospitality culture and can build a motivated, service-oriented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments, ensuring the selection of skilled and service-driven professionals.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospitality standards and local labor laws.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Design and execute training programs to enhance guest service, grooming, and operational excellence.
Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.
Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, engagement, and retention.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and brand policies.
Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
