Centum Advertising is 40+-year-old INS-accredited full-service agency based in New Delhi having branches across India in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Lucknow. Centum’s rich clientele includes leading PSUs, Ministries, Government Organizations and brands in India. The services rendered cover the entire spectrum of communication like Print, Electronic, Outdoor Publicity, Events & Exhibitions, Social/Digital Media etc.
Position: HR Manager
Location: Central Delhi
Work Mode: At Office, Full-time
- Compensation: CTC upto 5.2-5.4LPA
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Job Description:
- Sourcing and recruitment of top talent (includes drafting JDs, coordination, screening of CVs etc)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain and update employee attendance records
- Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Organize and coordinate company activities and events, including team building and training sessions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in ad agency setup
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with LinkedIn, Naukari, other portals, HR software and Microsoft Office
