Title: HR Intern
Experience Required: 2–3 months of experience in HR / Sales or CSA (mandatory)
Location: Work From Home / Remote
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Duration: 30 Days
Language: Fluent in English and Hindi both is a must
Working Days: 5 or 6 days/week (based on performance)
Stipend: ₹3,000 + Incentives (for 1 month)
Key Responsibilities:
Make multiple calls daily to conduct screening round interviews
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals
Maintain records of candidate status, follow-ups, and hiring pipelines
Coordinate with shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews
Ensure timely on boarding and documentation of selected candidates
Share daily recruitment status reports with the reporting manager
Full-Time Conversion:
Internship will convert to a full-time role after:
30 days of consistent performance or
25 successful joining
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
