Role Description
This is a remote basedHuman Resources Intern role .The Human Resources Intern will assist in HR management activities, such as creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Daily responsibilities include assisting with talent acquisition processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR-related activities. This role provides valuable exposure to HR operations within a professional environment, offering an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic EdTech setting.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and general HR processes
Knowledge of HR Management, including onboarding, recruitment, and employee engagement
Familiarity with HR Policies and compliance requirements
Understanding of Employee Benefits and related management practices
Skills in Personnel Management and supporting employee lifecycle functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site setting
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude
