5. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages for employees.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and reports, utilizing MS Office applications for data analysis and tracking.
7. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
