Basic services offered are personal care services, delivery, pick up and drop services, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, etc., all delivered with high quality and the comfort of their time zone.

To accomplish this promise, we choose our service partners, verify them, train them, and enable them with technology, products, tools, financing, insurance, and brand, helping them deliver high-quality services. Yangoos is a startup ideated in 2014, and after meticulous research and groundwork, we are launching it in 2026.

About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Understand the requisitions/vacant positions shared by reporting managers
• Create talent pipeline by sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Call/cold call candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or pools/job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview
• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the human resources functional duties
• Coordinate and update applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks
• Take care of documentation and joining procedures
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Prepare databases, MIS and support in other administrative tasks
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

Requirements
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Passion about HR, smart, proactive, presentable & dedicated
• Any degree
• English proficiency (spoken & written both)
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-Word
