About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

New hiring, on-boarding trainers for delivering top-quality trainings.

Database creation and management of trainer/vendor database.

Responsible for trainer inventory building for Techno-Functional categories.

Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors.

Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.

Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Posting job advertisements to job boards and LinkedIn.

Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

Coordinating new hire orientations.

Involved in Negotiation and vendor onboarding.

Competitive intelligence and prospecting, market research and management.

Sourcing the data of L&D heads of companies and coordinating with them for training programs.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated
