About Company:
Progressive Infovision Private Limited, a reputed HR solutions organization, has been in existence for the past 20 years. To give you some background about us, we top the entire value chain of human resource outsourcing services starting from talent acquisition and recruitment, payroll & benefits administration services, HR consulting, performance management to facilities management services. We provide flexible engagement models such as SLA-based hiring, project-based temporary staffing, on-call support, and so on.

Progressive has been in the IT industry for over two decades and is exclusively partnered with tech giants in India like Wipro, HCl, Microland, etc., and is taking care of all their IT infrastructure needs. With our focus on technology and process effectiveness, we have been able to successfully deploy ~ 20000 employees with 2000 employees currently working on our payroll across India.

About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting end to end recruitment cycle

2. Sourcing candidates from job portals i.e Naukri, LinkedIn

3. Facilitating joining formalities & exit formalities of an employee

4. Collecting the necessary documents & onboarding the resource to the employee database

5. Performing HR generalist activities

6. Taking HR sessions, grievance handling, issue warning/increment letters

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 8th Apr'22 and 13th May'22

3. are available for duration of 4 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 6000-10000 /month
